Discreet Shipping
For
your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its
contents. You won't see our store name on the return address for
further discreet delivery. We ship using either a plain white box, a
standard issue USPS Priority Mail box, or a plain brown UPS Box.
Order Processing (Please read carefully)
Normal
order processing time is 1-2 business days for UPS ground or USPS
Priority. We process overnight and 2nd day air order before all other
orders. See notes below:
- If you order ground shipping on Friday, your order could be processed as late as the next Tuesday.
- If
you order overnight or 2nd day air on Friday, Saturday, Or Sunday, they
all will be processed and shipped on Monday before all other ground
orders are processed.
- If your order is still not shipped after 4 business days, it is not because we forgot about you.
It is because:
- One
of your order items got backordered and we try to overnight the item
from one of our suppliers so you can have it. (That's right, we are not
afraid of losing money to make sure you are satisfied.)
- After
contacting several suppliers and if all of them are out of that item as
well, we will ship out rest of your orders and credit the item amount
back to your credit card.
- You can see that we
try very hard to make sure that you are happy. We apologize ahead of
the time for the orders that we can not fulfill.
Domestic Shipping
- We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Overnight delivery for all non P.O.Box and APO addresses.
- All P.O.Box and APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Delivery
- UPS does not ship on weekends, therefore, all orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

Returns Within 30 Days
If
you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within the
first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a store credit or
exchange. We will, based on your preference, either replace the item
free of charge (for defective products) or provide store credit in the
amount of your original purchase (excluding shipping and handling). billings@beachlife.net.
If you feel the item was not as
advertised, please go back to the page where the item is listed and
make sure that you are correct. Then please email us with the web page
address and let us know what the page said and what you found to be
different. We will refund you if the necessary information is missing,
and we appreciate help to improve our site.
In your return package please include:
